If you watched my Facebook Live on May 21.22, I featured the Tea Boutique Suite and one of my extra projects was this adorable K Cup Holder. I said I would provide you the instructions, so below follow along and make your own customized for your next gathering :)

        To start you will need a Cardstock piece cut to 2' x 11' and Scored at 4 1/2' & 6 1/2'.

For the base you need Card Stock cut to 3 15/16" x 3 15/16", Scored at 1" on all sides.
You will then snip up your corners to create tabs on all four sides.
Then cut a small triangle to make all your corners lay a bit cleaner and neater when you fold up to create your base.
Use Tear n Tape on all your tabs to secure your corners, remove backing one at a time and fold up and secure to the middle section.
your base will look like this once all your tabs are secured in place.
You will decorate with DSP  sized 1 3/4"x 3 3/4' cut two pieces which will layer on your 2x11' cardstock front & back.  And 15/16" x 1 7/8" cut two pieces for the outside edges of the base layer that holds your K Cup in.
The back side and side view of where DSP is placed. You can use a Tag Topper punch or a die to decorate the top and make a hole for you to slip in ribbon to hold closed.
Decorate with a Stamp Set & Dies Coordinating to the DSP you choose for your project, but don't you love this Tea Boutique DSP!
Hope you love this cute project and make many yourself, Please Share what you created on any of my Socials or Tag me on yours :) I love to see what I inspired you to create!

Strawberry Gift Box

    Hello Friend,

I know it's been awhile, How have you been? Life and Work have been keeping me out of the studio and creating as much, but I do find these little gem projects that I just need to share with you :) This one I featured in a Bailey's and Tea Saturday LIVE on April.16.2022 as a bonus creation, so many wanted the how to, that I thought I would blog about it.These would be perfect for a garden party or summer is finaly here party LOL. This Sweet Strawberry set will be retiring in May 2022, so if you have it in your collection, you may want to hang on to it a bit longer.  Jeanie Stark is the orginal creator, and I tweeked it a bit from hers.

    Here are the dimensions:

Garden Green Card Stock 3'x5 1/2', score at 3/4' on all 4 sides, this will create your slide in box base.

Designer Series Paper (DSP) 1 5/16'x 3 15/16' to cover the boxes bottom.

Belly Band- Garden Green Card Stock 7 1/4' x 4 1/8', score at 3/4',2 3/8',3 1/8', 4 3/4' and 5 1/2'.

DSP Strip for front 5/8' x 4.

Top and Inside Flap DSP 1 1/2' x 4, you will need two pieces.

Decorate how you wish, Lindt chocolate hearts I picked up at Valentine's day, but I shared a little tip in that video to buy onsale and freeze your chocolate for the project you may need it for, stays fresh and you aren't trying to find in the stores, chocolate hearts in the middle of summer.Cause we know that will be impossible!

You will knotch out your box corner tabs, this will give a cleaner edge
when you fold up to attach.

Apply Tear n Tape to all corners, to adhere them in place.

Remove the Tear n Tape liner and secure the shorter tab edges
to the longer sides, lining up the score lines.

It will look like this when all sides are secure.

On the 3/4' scored edge, apply Tear n Tape, this will help to secure
to the box base backing.

Remove the Tear n Tape liner and line up in the scored
area with your flap sticking up.

Once pressed down firmly to secure it will look like this.

And the finished box ready for your embellishments.

Hope you have fun creating these Adorable box favors, and please share in the comments or TAG ME on your socials or post to mine, I would love to see what options you come up with.

MARCH IS NATIONAL CRAFTING MONTH - half way mark

        Hello Friend,

Admittedly, the word "crafting" covers a whole lot of territory. But in current times we've come to understand that "crafting" refers to those skills practiced more creatively and with a vision unique to each artisan!

So this month, if you've been too busy to focus on your favorite craft, set aside some time and energy and see what you can come up with. I know this is my stress relief, crafting just gets my head calm and centered again when I am having a crazy week. Is it like that for you as well ? or why do you craft? For some of us, you may even want to dabble into something you have always wanted to try. For me I have always wanted to learn to knit, any new crafts you would like to try ?

If you find your fingers itching to be busy, and your heart yearning to make gift- worthy items that combine your creative talents and a curious mind, nows the time, or month as you have it to try your hand at ...... ( comment what you are doing I would love to know) , or finish up all the unfinished projects you have piled up :)

It's impossible to do all of your crafting in a single day, which is why we celebrate National Crfting Month.

Just a few things I have been working on this month, you can checkout all my other crafting by following my Facebook or Instagram Pages, where I share creative inspiration all week long.

Happy Crafting Month & Paper Hugs

SPRING IS AROUND THE CORNER.... I HOPE !

 Hi Friend,

Are you as ready for spring as I am? Here in Edmonton we had a week of nice weather, and then BAM, we got a 20 cm dump of snow. We had just started clearing away all of our winter stuff, the grass was poking out and we didn't have the vehicals plugged in anymore overnight, then that harsh slap in the face that winter is still in fact here. (insert tears LOL)

But the bright side is time change is this weekend and Spirng is here .. I Hope. I can't wait to get out the lawn furniture, patio decor and hangout in the backyard, we have plans to build gardening boxes to plants veggies and such this year. An then every year we have to start the task of reseeding our lawn for a few months, as the snow and freezing just kills it.

So did you get up to lots of crafting over the winter season? If you have been following my Facebook and Youtube Channel you will see so many cards and inspiration in videos and posts , I thought I would share a few ideas here today to get the creative juices flowing if you haven't started thinking of springy themed cards yet.

To make spring even more exciting the New Stampin' Up Annual 2022-23 Catalouge comes out in May, we as demonstrators get to see it this month and preorder April Fools Day, I can't wait to see what's in store and share with you all. If your not already on my mailing list you will want to be, as I will be sending out catalogues to those on the list, so Get On The LIST!!!! You can in the side bar under email, or in the pop up here. I would love to stay in touch and keep sharing creative inspiration with you. Til next time.
