Fine Art Floral Suite Collection

 Hello My Crafty Friends,

Imagine an Artist, delicately painting individual canvases in a classic impasto style. It's Beautiful, isin't it? That's exactly what this paper is ! A Stampin' Up! artist hand - painted canvases with beautiful florals & textures in clasic Stampin' Up! colors. Then those canvases were photographed and made into unique Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Enjoy the detailed floral images, so gorgeous they should be on a gallery wall.Add them to your projects along with the gold accents that supplement this suite, this bundle is a must have for any artistic floral lover. The addition of the Gilded Gold Leafing Embellishment can be seen in all its glory on the card I created below with inspiration from Jay Soriano. You can add this with your stamped images using the Heat & Stick Powder. Or use any adhesive if you are adding it as embellishment or creating a background! For this card I used both tips of the Multipourpose Liquid Glue to add vertical stripes. Wait for it to dry and apply Gilded Leafing, brush off the excess with a Stampin' Sponge or your finger.

With the 2 step stamping technique, this allows you to add different colored layers on the floral images. The colors I used for the floral topper are step 1 Flirty Flamingo - step 2  Poppy Parade - stamen Night of Navy.(two flowers stamped this way)For the second flower step 1 Petal Pink - step 2 Terracotta Tile - stamen Merry Merlot.Leaves stamped in Old Olive.

Slimline Mailbox Card

Lets Create this Card Together

Cut your card base at 8'x7' and score at 3 1/2'.
Cut your Designer Series Paper at 7 3/4' x 3 3/8'.
Inside - Basic White cut at 7 3/4' x 3 3/8'
Bermuda Bay Cardstock piece 5 1/4' x 2 3/4' ( for the mailbox)
use the envelope insert to cut out the middle section of the mailbox bottom.

Use a Corner Rounder Punch to round off the top corners of the mailbox, its starting to take shape. You will decide how far down you want your opening to sit for the envelopes and cut a slit, just shy of the edge with your paper trimmer, to create an opening to place envelopes in.

Next some Die Cutting -
Use the envelope die to cut 2x Blushing Bride, 1x Pool Party, 1x Real Red & 1x Bermuda Bay & Cut a die cut of the envelope insert out of Basic White. You can assemble them and secure with a glue dot, leave the Real Red one open for the insert.Stamp Hearts on the Insert piece in Real Red & Blushing Bride Ink.

Cut a white postage square die cut out of Basic White ( for front of mailbox).

We will shade that with Pool Party Ink and a Blending brush.
Fussy Cut out two Snails ( one for inside ) , and apply Wink of Stella to his body & shell ( for inside one)
Stamp out the "You've got mail" in Real Red on a scrap of Basic White Cardstock, and Fussy cut out just the Words in a block style cut.

Now to assemble-  Adhere your Designer Series Paper to your Bermuda Bay Card Base with Stampin' Seal, add Dimentionals to your mailbox and adhere in place, insert your envelopes using Glue Dots or Tombow Glue to adhere where you want them, use Stampin' Seal to adhere envelope insert to Real Red envelope inside. add Dimentionals to your sentiment and snail, attach to the die cut postage square piece. add Dimentionals to the back of the square and attach to front of mailbox. Next Bling it up with the Red Resin Heart Embellishments.

Almost done, on the backside of your inside piece use Stampin' Seal to apply glue and attach that to the card inside. also apply glue to your snail and place him in the lower corner. You can apply more hearts to the inside if you like. Thats it ! Easeir than it looks Hun?
